We are a bit biased in our love for Hero Dogs, but for International Dog Day on August 26th, we wanted to honor all the dogs in our Hero Dogs family.
Many of the humans who make this work possible have pet dogs they love—and the Hero Dogs they raise, puppy sit, and otherwise volunteer with love those dogs, too! There are also a lot of dog neighbors, dog cousins, and dog friends who are enriching the lives of Hero Dogs. We’ve pictured some of them below!
