Sally had her first eye exam today - she did a great job - check out her dilated eye! Sally and Hero Dogs Tito had back-to-back appointments and got to hang out after they both aced their exams.

Summertime living for Hero Dogs Sally
Summertime, and the living is better than ever! I get to tag along everywhere my puppy raiser goes, and boy, do we GO - parks, shops, parks, shops, parks! This summer's theme is water, and I just can't get enough of it. I play in the bathtub every day, and I'm trying to figure out how to turn on the hose out back. I help my puppy raiser water the garden, and she helps me eat beans until she says I'm full of 'em, which I try to be all the time. And I have a new friend in the 'hood; her name is Harriett. She's 2 weeks older than me, but she's more than double my size. And the best part: She lets me use her as a pillow. Not that I ever take naps, of course! Lift off!
