Directions
- Hero Dogs is located on part of the Waredaca Brewery & Equestrian Center, ~1 mile west of Sunshine, MD which is the intersection of MD-97 (Georgia Ave.) and MD-650 (New Hampshire Ave./Damascus Rd.); we are approximately 6 miles north of Olney.
- Enter from New Hampshire Avenue at the stone wall with the Waredaca Brewery and Hero Dogs sign.
- Pull over to the right and the gate will slowly open automatically.
- Follow the driveway to the LEFT until the end where you will park around the circle.
CAUTION — DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAUTIOUSLY AND OBEY THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT (10 MPH)!
- The driveway is a single lane wide for most of its length. It is unimproved, unlit, and shared by all tenants!
- There are pedestrians, dogs, children on horseback, and wildlife to be found using the driveway at all times of day and night.
Parking
- For classes – please park around the circle. Please use space as efficiently as possible so that there is room for everyone. If needed, you can use the inside of the circle as well.
- For special events – please follow other cars and park in designated space on grassy area on the right.
