Hullo friends! I went to a renaissance festival. I saw sword fights and jugglers and strange metal men on horseback charging each other with big sticks. Ethel called it jousting. I don’t think the horses liked it ’cause one of them made his man fall off. There were lots of people there and I got to say hullo to some of them while Ethel answered questions. Guess what? Adrienne, one of my favorite people from Brookeville Animal Hospital, was there! She recognized me and came over to give me a hug.
There was another service dog there but we didn’t speak to each other since we were both working.
I have been going out to various places with Ethel and sometimes I have to go “under” and lie still. When I come out everyone says “Oh! I didn’t even know he was there!” Ethel says that is a great compliment. I don’t understand that. I like to be noticed; after all, I am a very handsome fellow. I suppose if Ethel says it is a good thing… And she always gives me a treat as a reward for being “invisible ” as she calls it. Humans are weird sometimes.
We have been practicing a lot for our tests later this month. I think we will be fine but Ethel is studying like mad. Know why we are being tested? It’s because we are Graduating next month!!!! Yippee!! I hope to see you all there.
