As usual, I had lots of puppy play dates with Hero Dogs Zeke and Tahoe and Sally and Ella and I went to Big Dogs class to learn how to be a super service dog and I went with Gary and Meaghan on all sorts of errands and walks and hikes. I get tired sometimes when we’re out in the heat but I love getting stronger and learning how to stay super focused even when there are other dogs and smells about.
Gary took me to more streams and pools to swim which is a lot fun though I’m still figuring out this whole being in the water thing. I also went back to AstraZeneca with Meaghan to help her with her work. I’m really good at staying UNDER her desk even though lots of people walk by and I just know they’d like to say HELLO to me.
Probably the best thing happened early in the month when Hero Dogs Tito, Zeke, Honor and others all went to the Towson American Legion Riders for Hero Dogs event in Towson. There were lots of motorcycles (which I loved even though they were noisy) and lots of people (always a good thing) and they were super supportive of the work Hero Dogs does.
The month ended with a Great Puppy Swap. I’ll tell you about that next month!
This was my second July with Gary and bow-oh-wow has it been an incredible year! I can’t wait for August!
