So I am guessing by now everyone has heard that I am up for adoption. If you think that means lying by the pool (if we had one) with a drink in my paw and a little coloured umbrella in the glass, boy was I wrong!
I should have taken more notice of the work that Therapy Dogs Calvin, Grant, Ivy, Teddy, Radar, Archie, and Scotty had been doing to keep up their training.
Although at this time I may not be quite ready for Therapy Dog work, Rheana is certainly ensuring that all the tasks I have been taught are still very clear. This is just in case my new home requires me to utilize what I have been taught, because I will definitely need them as a Skilled Companion like Dominic.
April is an important month for Rheana and her family as ANZAC Day is April 25. Anzac Day is one of Australia’s most important national commemorative occasions. It marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. This day has evolved over time as we now remember those from more recent conflicts.
I continue to seek and find Baseballs and Softballs for my friend Gus to practice in his field with and hang out with my mate Chloe.
Hoping next month’s blog is my last, telling you I am off to my new forever home!
