We had snow and rain and an ice storm and super fun winds. The winds even made the lights go out so I got to see what things looked like in candle light!
Gary took me on lots of great hikes and sometimes Meaghan came along too. We went to Cunningham Falls for the first time. It was a little disappointing because we went to Cat Rock and there weren’t any cats and then we went to Bob’s Hill but Bob wasn’t there either. Even so, it was a great walk in the woods. We also hiked down to the Potomac on the Seneca Creek trail. I didn’t have my bathing suit so Gary wouldn’t let me go swimming. Maybe next time.
I also go to see what table legs look like in a bunch of different restaurants (there are mostly pretty much the same but it is still worth investigating).
One of the most fun things I did was to go the Knight Point Systems — my sponsor! — Winter Gala! They are my sponsor and they are super nice! Therapy Dogs Boomer and Hero Dogs Hunter and Hero Dogs Sadie were there too. There were lots and lots of people there and they were all super friendly; it was great fun to see my friends and to tell everyone at Knight Point how much I appreciate their support.
I’m still learning lots of new things about the world and can’t wait to get back to Big Dogs class. I’m really glad to be with Hero Dogs and can’t wait to start helping someone who has sacrificed so much for others.
I can’t wait for March!
